What we collect
For merchants: account email and workspace settings. For website visitors: messages, optional name and email, current page, referrer, browser, OS, device type and approximate location derived from IP.
What we don't collect
Form contents, passwords, payment card details or keystrokes.
How it's used
Only to deliver conversations to the merchant whose site the visitor is on. We do not sell data.
Your rights
Contact the merchant you chatted with, or us, to request access to or deletion of your data.
